YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Industera is made by Granus ltd. This policy covers this website, its optional launch list, and the current development version of the game.

Who to contact

Granus ltd is responsible for the information described here. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or to withdraw launch-list consent, email info@granus.co.uk.

Company number: 15521683. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

The current game

The current development build stores your worlds, progress, settings and blueprints locally on your device. It does not include accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud saves or an in-app purchase system. The game does not send these saved worlds to this website.

Optional diamond purchases are planned. Before those features launch, we will update this policy and the app’s privacy information to describe purchase processing and any associated data. This policy does not claim those features are available today.

The optional launch list

If you choose to join and tick the consent box, we store your email address, your device-platform preference, when you consented and the version of the consent wording. We use this information to send Industera development and launch updates. Joining is optional and is not needed to browse the site or play the current game.

We use your consent for these updates. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; subsequent marketing emails will also include a way to unsubscribe. We keep the subscription until you withdraw, or until the list is discontinued. We review inactive subscriptions and remove information we no longer need. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

Website operation and security

Vercel hosts this website. Neon provides the PostgreSQL database for the launch list. These providers process information needed to deliver and protect their services, which may include IP addresses, request times, browser information and operational logs. We use hosting and security processing for our legitimate interests in running a reliable website and preventing abuse.

Our signup endpoint uses a temporary, keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated requests. It does not store the raw IP address in our launch-list database. Rate-limit entries expire after two hours and are deleted during subsequent signup activity; hosting-provider logs are separate. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics tools or marketing cookies to the website.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to answer and resolve your enquiry. Please send only the details needed to help. We retain correspondence while needed for support and any applicable record-keeping requirements.

Service providers and transfers

We share information with service providers only as needed to host the website, store subscriptions and handle communications. We do not sell your information. Our selected application and database region is Frankfurt where available, but provider operations and support may process information in other countries. Where required, appropriate contractual safeguards must apply to those transfers.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict processing, object where applicable, or provide a portable copy. You can withdraw consent without affecting your other use of Industera. Contact us using the email above. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data-protection authority.

Children

The launch list is intended for people aged 16 or older. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes to the game’s online or purchase features will be reflected before those features are released.
